@shinyfuzzy No, it had a spark plug, but it has lots of compression, if you pull it slowly it bounces back.

@th19940305 Oh right, thanks. Someones buying that thing off me though, well, I'm giving it to them for free, it's a good mower apart from the fact that it burns oil, it needs a new plug though, it's missing now, from the oil burning.

@Fred924 Well, I think the carb is set too lean from the factory, or the choke isn't closing all the way, common fault on these chinese generators, I had to prime it with gas down the carb to get it started.

:D once again my soon to be hayter started one pull on the cold, got to love that lol

I will bring a spark plug socket up with me and when can get that plug out, i bet it will start better when the plug is cleaned :D

@MO3MINI Lol, yep, it's a good mower apart from the oil burning.

It's not the genny that needs a new spark plug, it's the Hayter lol, the misfire is coming back. It was just too cold outside for the generator lol.

I have that same genny, what you got to do is take the spark plug out, put about 2 tsp of engine oil though the hole, make sure its is engine oil, replace the plug and start it. i guarente it will start in 3 pulls or less. make a vidio of it please :)
