I am not Korean, neither East Asian. I watched this drama with Eng sub. as my Korean friend recommended me. I must say this is the best drama of my life. Myung-Min Kim is a gifted actor. I felt like he is a real conductor. Amazing actor with lots of charisma and has has such a wonderful voice :-)

@symna This drama has given me the Beethoven Virus... Its the best drama I ever saw! It has inspired me to be a conductor (I always wanted to be one...) and to start practicing piano (after 8 years of playing...) Its not a drama, its an experience.

i already finished watching that movie and i'm so affected and i also learn on how to play or how to be a good at orchestra..i'll learn alot from it!!..

aurorachin - looks to me that Mr. Kang comes back to her. He gives her his ring to keep in one of the scenes, and she seems very happy to accept it. Poor JGS - looks like he doesn't get the girl. (But I'm sure many would like to console him.)

@fwfassett ya know...Du Ru Mi and Maestro Kang deserves to be one...because they both lack something...like Maestro...he's kinda cold-hearted person...and Du Ru Mi is very sweet...her warmth can touch Maestro's heart.Maestro is very understanding, caring and loving person but it doesn't appear to him...in Du Ru Mi's illness.I know he can take care and be with Ru Mi forever...and he will not leave her alone..that is Maestro's characteristics...you will able to see it if you will just examine him.

He finally broke the so-called Jinx. But the ending is so vague. does it mean Mae-mi did not work out? or did the ending mean that Mae Kang is not heading for the airport but staying put? I hope to see Mae-Mi getting married since Mae Kang is old already, and it would be harder for him to get a wife who can tolerate his temper...XD that's what made Rumi so loveable in this show!

I LOVED Kangmae's conducting of course, but I just HATED the ending! It's too open ended...I wanted the 마루커플 to have a happy ending....and we never see what happens to the two orchestras.... I'm hoping that Kangmae didn't leave Korea...after all, he did miss his flight to conduct, didn't he? Anyhows, thank you for taking that stupid 마늘 thing out. Don't we all just hate it? :P
