Up to the point of this episode, no they haven't. They didn't have sex for the first time until "Runaway Found" or the episode after that.. which ever episode they were in Honey Grove in.

lucas is in a coma - this is how life would have been without him - and keith is the guide. Brooke would be a goth outcast and peyton would have killed herself - after all she's been through or she gets killed - my theory

What my theroy is if Lucas were to die, Peyton kills her self. Brooke is devistasted by the death of the people she cared about & chnages to goth.
As for haley, I think she loses the baby :[ which is hard on any female. I know
