That's really weak damage. My Breath of Arange does 16k damage. Cresent Kick does 9221 & 9222. Phoenix bomber does 30k damage. Atomic White Tiger Strikes does over 60k+ damage.

Baek Ho's stance skills ignore enemy defence, so it doens't matter if it's high or not. When Baek launches a skill the defence is ignored anyway, so he can also do top tier dammage.

He can be acquired at any level, but it will cost you an expensive item,which is 50 Mysterious Powders. I'm not how much it would cost you because im currently playing in the South-East Asia server which is organized by IAH.
