I come from a country with "Universal Health Care", it was great at first, but it is very hard to sustain it. Health care is the way the socialists get their foot in the door. the initial bill itself was bad enough but as i was reading through the list of pork that all these crooks added i literally got sick to my stomach. i am still in a state of disbelief that they actually put some of those things in a bill that is now law. bush signed it right away, there is no way he could have read all that (over 450 pages). i feel like this is all some sort of bad dream.

I come from a country with "Universal Health Care", it was great at first, but it is very hard to sustain it. Health care is the way the socialists get their foot in the door. We have lost so many basic freedoms with hardly anyone noticing because it was done so slowly, but lost them we did. I guess you have to make a choice between public health care, and your freedom. You can't have them both. If someone tells you that you can, they are either lying to you , or trying to sell you something.

It is similar to McCain's except Obama will do away with tax breaks for people making over $250,000 and give more tax breaks to the 95% of Americans in the middle to lower class, working people/families. There is no free money being given to anyone. Please read the plan. McCain's plan says something similar (redistributing wealth) but the plan is not as good. Compare them, seriously. the initial bill itself was bad enough but as i was reading through the list of pork that all these crooks added i literally got sick to my stomach. i am still in a state of disbelief that they actually put some of those things in a bill that is now law. bush signed it right away, there is no way he could have read all that (over 450 pages). i feel like this is all some sort of bad dream.
