the camera angle is weird...why not film with either with a tripod on a table or just hold the camera out directly in front of you...(i have a feeling this guy is tall and used to people always looking up to him)

Looks good, very similar to my wet brine, I recorded my recipe last summer but haven't posted it yet, my great outdoors smoker will not smoke under 180 so after the pan burns off I drop the temp to 100.. check out "dafishgeek" to see what Seattle salmon look like .. thanks for the post.
