@robinsuper You can game on a Netbook. I have managed to get Oblivion, Morrowind, LOTR Online, WoW and other games to work smoothly. It can also handle multimedia with relative ease, even a external DVD-ROM.

They can play games, edit material, run office applications for productivity. and they are very portable and have a nice price. with a 2 gig ram upgrade ($75) they run even better

@MiSSloveish : This is no longer being sold. HP said they have released it because they are adding newer models. I purchased 2 HP Mini 110 by Studio Tord Boontje and luckily I bought it before they removed it from their website.

Got so lucky. I am getting it this friday.

I wanted to buy either samsung n140 or asus 1005ha or hp mini 110. but all of them provide almost same specs. i wanted one with a long battery life, bright display, sweet looks, hi movie and picture quality, loud and clear music, wifi b/g/n, bluetooth, good ram and stuff so that i could play atlest some games. reliable(does not crash much like my hp dv2700 does). should be fast. i basically want a laptop for movies, music pics and surfing.
