5.03 gen b is not for u. Look at my video "How to upgrade to 5.50 gen d3 using recovery flasher". yes u can play GT and no u dont need pandora.

its because its a limitation of your hardware. CFW can only remain in memory so if you cold restart then it goes back to OFW

how about the CFWEnabler 3.60?

3.60 is also 5.03 mhu but its just a newer version with bug fixes

@kamenriderpsp My firm is 5.03. I step over the CFW and only execute the chickhen... But when trying to install 5.03 GEN-B, after installation my psp simply crash... That's the problem! I already tried with CFW installation... Not with 3.30, but the newest one. Any suggestion's??!! Thanks

thanks, i couldn't figure out what i was doing wrong when trying to uninstall mhu. i wasn't holding down L while loading the gen-c cfw lol.

an hey man sorry 4 bothering u with my many big questions but my cfw 5.03 b dosnt work it says when i run it "now reebot ur psp" and after that

the psp shuts downand and the gen b dosnt work

so uninstalling gen b will fix the proplem

you're posting a whole load of question. Just tell me what exactly u're trying to do ? uninstall 5.03 gen b or uninstall official firmware 5.03? I'm struggling with your english

To uninstall, u 1st need to activate 5.03 gen b. ie, chickhen then execute 5.03 GEN B. Once your system software is 5.03 gen b then run custom firmware enabler 3.30 and select the uninstall option.

the red screen u get when a game loads? if so no, because thats a sign of the custom firmware decrypting the game.

you can only uninstall when your system software is 5.03 MHU, 5.03 M33-6 etc. There's nothing to uninstall when u're running chickHEN R2

I have a question, for example, I turn on my PSP, then activate HEN, the version would be 5.03 ChickHEN R2. Then I go to games then activate the CFW enabler, that's what I normally do, but if I haven't activated the CFW enabler, do I still need to uninstall it, or can I just install GEN-B immediately??

no...u need to activiate custom firmware enabler then uninstall it. Once uninstalled then install gen B

Thanks anyways, but I didn't do that, I just skipped to installing GEN B, then I deleted the CFW enabler from my memory stick, haha :D

It works perfectly now though. Finally! Tekken 6, LittleBigPlanet, and Assassin's Creed! Woot! Still, thanks a lot :D

this tutorial is only if you were running some form of custom firmware enabler. if u've never use them, then just you the install 5.03 gen b tutorial

no....once you have 5.03 GEN B running once. the next tiem your psp crashes then load chickhen and just select gen b installer without needing to hold down L
