Nobody does it better than EVH!! I remember so vividly seeing VH in the 70's in Houston & they put on such a great show - I was in love with EVH the first time I ever laid eyes on his music and of course on him!!!!!!

Oh my... That's amazing! Eddie is sure a great guitarist and this is mind boggling. but did you know that this song also sounds great on the electric violin? I play violin and was at a concert where a very talented player put this solo in one of his pieces. I was like holly shi#! it was so awesome!

i saw van halens 1978 world tour and i new right then they were

rock n roll GODS!!!!

he did spanish fly originaly on a classical guitar with nylon strings

this version is on Van Halen II (1979)

and all the accoustic guitar work on the first Van Halen Album (1978)

was also done and played on the classical guitar with nylon strings.

eddie van halen is with out any doubt the greatest guitarist of alltime!!!!!

Guitar Player International and Guitar World have edward van halen and

jimi hendrix the two most important and influental guitarist of alltime!!!

When learning the guitar you have 2 choices:

1. compose beautiful music, without the technical brilliance of Rusty Cooley

2. compose technically brilliant music in the style of Rusty Cooley that sounds like something composed by a computer program

I remember this, I was at this show. of course I was only 19 then and I had gotten tickets like, 2 months advance. All the women on the front row at some time, took off all there shirts and some undies and threw them on the stage. Roth scooped up a bunch and threw them in the air toward the drums,they were flying everywhere. My girlfriend saw me looking at the women and she nudged me in the side. Ahhh... to be young again.

I feel honored to be the first one to post a text comment on this masterpiece , this ultimate display of awesomeness by the best Hard Rock guitar player ever, what a find , my respect to you Fender5150 for such an amazing upload, never heard this before nor was I aware it existed , first time I get to listen to Eddie lay this "outta this world" piece of music and it sounds incredible, thanks again !
