You know, Tom is a pretty good name for Riker. In the first season, Deanna sometimes called Will Riker by the name Bill. I saw an episode where she called him Bill, and I thought 'Wow. Thats gay.' Will Riker does NOT look like a Bill. He looks like a Will, or maybe a Tom. But not Bill.
Definitely not a Bill. I'm glad they decided to stop calling him Bill and change it to Will. I love the whole Riker/Troi relationship. What do you think about it?
I have seen a kind of survey on the matter: Tom or Will? Beh, I have always thought that Tom is only a splinter gone crazy of the life of Willam Riker... But leave the dissertation on the parallel lives to the dear Q! In as for who among the two it is better, beh... In the episode Deanna Troi has resolved the matter. The rest is matter of taste!
what i say to 6583987: indeed! will is the man. tom looks kinda weird, i just never really saw johnathan in yellow. he looks better in red, at least thats what i think. thats why Second Chances isnt really my fav episode. i havent even seen it XD

Nope, definitey not a Bill. The old man who lives next door to me is called Bill. Riker is either a Will or a Tom, not a Bill
