I am european, and i can tell that something in Europe is changing, it´s starting a new concept of racial tolerance the european countries are becoming more racist. and there are a lot of reasons for it, the crime rates that went up since imigrants started to come here, but there is a lot of rage thowards the muslim world, because it´s a fact that they have mosques in europe, but the western world can´t have churches in the muslim world, i doesn´t seem to cause a problem but it does!

god damn, my other post disappeared!!! Anyway, I was saying; If we look at where Christianity is today, contra Islam, we see that the Roman Cahtolic Church is 500 years older than Islam. Christianity and the Church were NO better back in the 1800s. It is mainly these past 100 years that we have achieved the freedom we now possess. In 200 or 300 years(maybe shorter/longer, who knows) I am certain that Islam will change to a more liberal state. We already see a HUGE liberalisation in Middle East.

But in my opinion I would call true muslims the ones that would like to think "on their own" and make up their own mind, instead of living completely by the Koran. Promising 20 virgins (or whatever number is) if you die a martyr is something that may have worked back when Christianity ruled Europe with iron swords. The islamic world needs liberalisation from this stigma, and it will take time!

If that was done at full scale in Europe, the civilized world as we know it would seize to exist. Wheather you like it or not, sooner or later, more islamic people will slowly depart from religious beliefs in order to live their lives more freely. Most muslims that come to European contries slowly blend with societies and through generations they depart from islam.
