you say That Helenius is boring because he does not move like a fucking monkey clown hahaha funny, European boxers are not exiting to the Americans only becausethey can not accept that the talent is in Europe now specially the heavier wait classes Peter could be 7 feet he would get knocked out...
helenius is shite like all fighters from germany they are like robots boring if peter was taller he would have kod him he has no chance against klitshkos or tyson fury
We've seen the Klitschkos against just about every type of fighter, but we've never seen them against anyone who can negate their greatest advantage--size. Like a puncher who has not previously fought anybody who can take their best punch, so it is with the Klitschkos, who have not fought anyone their own size. What happens when the Klitschkos main advantage gets taken away?
@fighterforjc Klitschko brothers have fought several fighters in their size range...Lennox, Tony Thompson, Ray Austin, Chris Arreola, Shannon Briggs just to name a few..But to answer your question, who out there besides Valuev can "outsize" the Klitschko's? The Klitschko's experience is enough for them to know how to deal with any of today's heavyweights..
There's no way he handles the lateral movement of Wladimir Klitschko--he was flat-footed for a lot of that fight. Vitali simply beats the crap out of him.
Hellenius moves pretty good for a such a big guy, but to start talking about him with the Klitschkos right now is premature. Beating Sam Peter at this point proves nothing, though it was a nice fight in terms of his development.
I was so excited about Peter when he first showed up to the HW scene by knocking out Jeremy Williams, then went to war with Wlad. I think his downfall is he's a fat fuck
@flymaster no his downfall is that he is terrible, always has been. He fought wlad when Wlad was at his mental worst. That was a turning point for Wlad, look at their second encounter. Sam Peter hasn't beat anyone of note or importance. He's a journeyman has been that never should have been.
lol helenius has a very deceptive style. I think he smothered peter in clinches. He didnt land that much but peter was so tire at the end that he just fell after taking a few punches
@troyez You're right. Helenius has a superb corner. He obviously has power, too, but maybe not the jab consistency to handle either of the K bros. I'll be interested to watch his next fight.
He is telling him that he should not pretend to be weak, "you are as strong as a bear, you are a man, I will be proud of you, keep thinking about your guard, try the left over and over, and then 1-2 Boom, then you`ll get him, do you hear me robert, do you understand?4 rounds before your biggest victory keep fighting, dont be uncautious!"
Helenius has an impressive left hook. It looked so effortless in real time it looked like a slap, but it didn't sound like a slap when it landed and in slowmotion you can see it was definitely a hook. Peter had a good plan but he's built more like a weightlifter than marathoner & in the later rounds the marathoner owns everything.
Helenius has great potential and could be the next big thing in the heavyweight division if he continues to train hard. I think his corner is a big part of his success, Ulli Wegner is a very good trainer. This fight also showed that Helenius has a solid chin, combined with his quick hands and feet, he has great potential.
Peter is a good fighter,, but has too many flaws,,, he needs a tighter defense and more effective jabbing to open up the holes for the big punches. He needs to fight more like Frazier and dip and move when coming in,,,, This Helenius looks like he might be the replacement for the Klitchko's,,, he is big and has a good style
Peters cannot get anywhere with this sort of style, I thought he had improved his footwork and stamina, if he did build on this and more combinations, he would have ko helenius, the two fighters arent anywhere near top class, seriously.. Boring fight, tired jabs and over hooks, whats this.. much respect to the likes of hayes, chisora, povetkin. Its clear to see that peter had only the same old game plan against this chap, he only improved his head movement a bit besides theres no new thing.
Once again the big white guy wins

Smart tactic.
He hid the hook, got Sam used to the RH, then surprised him with the hook

Klitchko brothers had enough opponents of their size, for Example Corrie Sunders Lenox Lewis, Tony Thompson, Ray Austin etc.

He also seems pretty old to only have 15 fights.
