Anyone have a comment on the Bose system? The one I heard in the G35 is completely missing the lower octaves. I want an Infiniti but can't live without bass! I know I could add a sub, but wonder if that would leave a gap between felt bass and midrange...

yeah I have an 05 altima with bose, it was avail. with the fully loaded 3.5's. The base is not stellar but the sound rlly is. If you want to be heard by other cars you will have to crank it, which risks blowing it, or add ur own sub.

@SeisanStnc @SeisanStnc If there is a gap between bass and mids after adding the sub, you're subs are either too high or you didn't have quality mids to begin with. I always go aftermarket with car audio.

Folks annoy me with wanting to get a very fuel efficient vehical, but yet want alot of power. In either version of the M, its not going to get 25mpg, like say a nissan sentra..if thts the cae, the M isnt for you. And AWD is the way to go, especially when you have a nice amount of power going to the ground. U want tht power to be distributed to all 4's

how so? AWD is only active I believe until 12mph then returns to RWD.

When a person does get involved in 'spirited driving'; in which you takes curves faster than 12mph is when you really experience the handling abilities of the car and is also when a person really understands the handling of the car,

The info about the AWD returning to RWD is what have read, but please correct me if I presenting incorrect info.

well the computer decides when it thinks it should give it power to the front wheels. Because the transfer case has little gears in it and magnetic fluid in it it for adjusting the front to rear power. But i believe when it is put into "snow" mode it is 50-50 power all time.
