Update/reinstall your SkyUI. It has menus for everything else (magic, trading etc) and not just main inventory.

I dont know if were serious about not knowing what to do with dragon bones, but sell them. There is absolutely no point of them other than dragon armor (100 smithing) which is no powerful than any other armor if you use +147% smithing potions.
