  • Fuck dead lift and bent over rows, both exercises are unforgiving if your form is off or you have tight hamstrings. The only way these exercises work is if you push and go heavy hence a higher margin for error and bad form when you go that one more max rep etc AVOID IMO

  • Can't do dead lift or bent over rows as I snapped my shit up way back. Stick with the mother of all back exercises period...chin ups: wide, narrow and underhand.

  • Omar, I find most of your videos to be really helpful; however, I cant seem to find the perfect one that suits me. I am 5'11 my weight is 150-152 lbs, but my stomach is a little big, not inflated big. But big enough to cover my abs which is frustrating because I dont know what to do. My family says I cant lose anymore weight because then ill just look too skinny, but I want to lose my stomach. I need enlightenment.

  • @svinskii Bro I'd totally agree with you if this was a back work out...but these are just four exercise variations that help the midback, as stated in the vid, this is not meant to be done as a routine in this order! You are supposed to select whichever exercise helps you the most and incorporate them into your normal routine

  • @Ge4rsofWar Midchest is usually result of overall size, however dumbell twists, partial flyes, cable cross overs and the SQUEEZE press (google it) are usually for targeting the inner chest. keep in mind that overall size in the chest will fill that gap
