I'm old enough to remember when insurance agents(thugs) collected weekly protection dues.The thugs became educated formed companies and are now insurance exec's.Seems to me nothing has changed.

My wife and I used to support Lincoln but I'm afraid she's become an agent for big Corp. She no longer has a clear vision and just spits out Big Insurance's BS.

If she thinks private insurance would be cheaper than a public option, she's been brainwashed by her big donors or lying for them. Providing a subsidy to private insurance to cover the uninsured would be much more expensive and would bankrupt this country. Medicare (PUBLIC INSURANCE) is run for a fraction of the cost of private insurance. The public option MUST be there to keep health insurance premiums from skyrocketing.
