@lishagarcia103 Thank you for the kind words. I'm not sure why his lips were red but when he was born his skin was pink like any other baby. After awhile the body being deprived of oxygen starts to turn blue.

@sloterlok1 I posted my videos of our son so people who WANT to see them can. There is no force there to make someone watch. I too am grateful that he is in Heaven & that I will see him again one day. But for as long as I breathe on this earth I want Spencer to be remembered.
@trytal Yes. Your son was here on Earth, not for long, but he came into this world. He has a name, and a face you'll remember, and Spencer deserves the love you held in your hearts then and still hold now. I'm old enough to remember a time when the reaction to losing a baby at birth was to not talk about it. I had a baby, Michah Lee, that I never saw. My daughter recently asked me if she had an older brother, because she had just had this feeling. God bless you and Spencer.
So sorry for your loss. Watching these videos reminds me how precious life is. My daughter was not born still, but was born 3 months early with at first not much of a chance to live, then a 50/50. She is now about to turn two, and we now have a son. I'm so blessed. I can complain all I want about the terrible twos, but then remember there are lots of parents who wish their kids could have made it through the terrible twos. Life is precious. It's a gift from God:)

@TheKaylea12345 No lipstick. His lips were red. I'm not real sure why. The funeral home mortician did put some kind of glossy glue stuff on his lips when they were preparing his body which was awful & we didn't like it but there was nothing we could do.

you spend 9 months waiting to meet the child you have carried and loved only to have him go with the angels. i have never lost a child but came very close to because my son was born at 23 weeks and hes almost a year old now. its the most terrible thing in the world to lose a child and im so very sorry for the loss of your son Spencer. may he forever be in your hearts and know that hes soaring above the clouds as one of Gods angels.

This is a hard video to watch of Spencer's arrival and departure. He was a beautiful angel who got his wings. My nephew was born sleeping 42 days ago today. He was 39 weeks gestation. I'm so sorry for your loss. I have also had a baby stillborn. She would have been 2yrs old now. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about her, but I know that she is in a much better place, as all the angel babies out there. Cherish the photos you have, I have my own on display. I pray to God each day for all the parents/families out there that have dealt with infant/child deaths to hold onto the hope, things will get better!

My mom miscarried two sets of babies one was twins and the other was just single. She lacked a hormone so when she got pregnant with me she had to take some medication to keep me. I'm so sorry for your loss. You were smart to take so many pictures. I didn't want pictures, and no one talked me into changing my mind. I wish someone had. I only have one picture of my son, and it was the one they took in the nursery. I desperately wish I had other pictures of him. Ever since then, I always tell people to encourage grieving parents to take pictures, even if they don't want to look at them right away, because someday they'll be glad to have them.

i lost my second baby girl july 2004 and still sensitive when someone ask or talk about her. I still can't believe it it happens to me and i blame myself why'd it happen but i always tell and show people that I'm strong but deep inside I'm hurt. and just don't wanna talk about it.
I am so sorry for your loss but glad you got to see and hold him. He's beautiful. I had a sibling born 9 months after me who died in 14 days and a sister born a year later who only lived for 4, Then there were no cameras or recorders or family so much a part of it all. For as long as I can remember I've known I had two siblings my parents lost without them ever leaving the hospital or my parents ever being allowed to hold them. They are loved and missed even now over 50 years later.

Please know Spencer is watching over you guiding you through each day. My little girl, Charlotte Rose, was born sleeping 12 years ago today (02/10/2000). Heartbreaking....it's takes a lot of courage to get through each day, I'm sure. I hope the best for your family, that you are blessed with many children, and that you tell them about Spencer. @sloterlok1 I posted my videos of our son so people who WANT to see them can. There is no force there to make someone watch. I too am grateful that he is in Heaven & that I will see him again one day. But for as long as I breathe on this earth I want Spencer to be remembered.

@trytal Yes. Your son was here on Earth, not for long, but he came into this world. He has a name, and a face you'll remember, and Spencer deserves the love you held in your hearts then and still hold now. I'm old enough to remember a time when the reaction to losing a baby at birth was to not talk about it. I had a baby, Michah Lee, that I never saw. My daughter recently asked me if she had an older brother, because she had just had this feeling. God bless you and Spencer.

So sorry for your loss. Watching these videos reminds me how precious life is. My daughter was not born still, but was born 3 months early with at first not much of a chance to live, then a 50/50. She is now about to turn two, and we now have a son. I'm so blessed. I can complain all I want about the terrible twos, but then remember there are lots of parents who wish their kids could have made it through the terrible twos. Life is precious. It's a gift from God:)

@TheKaylea12345 No lipstick. His lips were red. I'm not real sure why. The funeral home mortician did put some kind of glossy glue stuff on his lips when they were preparing his body which was awful & we didn't like it but there was nothing we could do.

you spend 9 months waiting to meet the child you have carried and loved only to have him go with the angels. i have never lost a child but came very close to because my son was born at 23 weeks and hes almost a year old now. its the most terrible thing in the world to lose a child and im so very sorry for the loss of your son Spencer. may he forever be in your hearts and know that hes soaring above the clouds as one of Gods angels.

This is a hard video to watch of Spencer's arrival and departure. He was a beautiful angel who got his wings. My nephew was born sleeping 42 days ago today. He was 39 weeks gestation. His mom spent 5 hours with him afterwards. We're trying to do something to help others and have started the DJPJMemorialFund We're hoping this helps someone else

I'm so sorry for your loss. I have also had a baby stillborn. She would have been 2yrs old now. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about her, but I know that she is in a much better place, as all the angel babies out there. Cherish the photos you have, I have my own on display. I pray to God each day for all the parents/families out there that have dealt with infant/child deaths to hold onto the hope, things will get better!

Why does that have to happen... It's scary, but so sad. To think. You have all the baby things ready and when it is time that has to happen. My mom miscarried two sets of babies one was twins and the other was just single. She lacked a hormone so when she got pregnant with me she had to take some medication to keep me. So sorry for your loss. I couldn't imagine.

I'm so sorry for your loss. You were smart to take so many pictures. I didn't want pictures, and no one talked me into changing my mind. I wish someone had. I only have one picture of my son, and it was the one they took in the nursery. I desperately wish I had other pictures of him. Ever since then, I always tell people to encourage grieving parents to take pictures, even if they don't want to look at them right away, because someday they'll be glad to have them.

i lost my second baby girl july 2004 and still sensitive when someone ask or talk about her. I still can't believe it it happens to me and i blame myself why'd it happen but i always tell and show people that I'm strong but deep inside I'm hurt. and just don't wanna talk about it.

I am so sorry for your loss but glad you got to see and hold him. He's beautiful. I had a sibling born 9 months after me who died in 14 days and a sister born a year later who only lived for 4, Then there were no cameras or recorders or family so much a part of it all. For as long as I can remember I've known I had two siblings my parents lost without them ever leaving the hospital or my parents ever being allowed to hold them. They are loved and missed even now over 50 years later.

I was 9 months full term, I statred spotting went in and they took forever and couldnt find the heartbeatI felt the same thing when they couldnt find the heartbeat I just broke down and not hearing that first cry or changing diapers broke my heart and I was only 16 then.
