Burundi Drummers were also featured on Joni Mitchell's track "The Jungle Line," on The Hissing of Summer Lawns. I am told their percusssion was also used as the opening music to the original ABC Sunday Night Movie back in the 60's & early 70's. I only hope these fine musicians are not getting ripped off. Their style & sound is unique in the world. If you ever see them perform they sometimes have two men holding long poles pounded down onto the floor, criss-crossing at incredible speeds.

So this is where Adam Ant and Bow Bow got the stripped down ver of the African beat. I used to love this beat so much! Well I am not mad at them, they took it and mixed it with alot of diff stuff and it came out really good. As for this. As I do more and more research I find most of the best Artist stole so much from so many people that most folks will never know about, but thats music.
