  • Hi, I have just had the experience of the money hungry service that Labaid provides.

All they care about is money and more money. Their staff are not properly trained but are very efficient in counting money. I have now admitted my father in Apollo hospital where they seem to have doctors who know what they are talking about. Please do not use Labaid as you will be disappointed.

  • Though this clip is too short, no doubt in my mind that this Labaid Hospital in Dhaka, is worse in it's class. From my few visits there..I found numerous irregularities..from customer care to unscrupulous billings. Many may not agree , but I have a hunch that some of these Hospitals (read "Profit Centers") are meant for RICH & FAMOUS people, who are willing to swallow the lies of Doctors (read "Agents") of having additional health problems to bilk more money.

  • oh i see.....no comments on tht...coz u have experienced it.....i think its the money that turns a human into animal........

  • so far i know about dr.boren uncle he is a very nice person.... n dont know whts actually going on inside the labaid...we just only imagine its bad...but i now now its one of the worst blood sucker hospital like apollo...

i reallyy appriciate the way you wanted to raise the voice.....i heartly wish that you win in the battle in the long run.....best of luck....may truth wins....

  • omg.....thts horrible....we all know these thing actually but u know they do the cheating so professionally that u cant even raise ur voice....ï read ur email details also

    ...and what's this !!

"...I raised my voice when I saw the real picture of LabAid. For raising my voice I got slapped on my face in front of the all the people by the LabAid G.M. Mr. Imran Chowdhury.

    "

thts insane....i don know wht u did after that, bt he should be punished publicly for his behavior...

  • This should be broadcasted in TV channels. People have right to know where are they giving money to get rid of diseases. I am really sorry brother. I hope everyone who had watched the video will tell their friends and family about it.

  • Thanks for your comment! Well, BD TV channels are bliend like our BD govt. Otherwise, Dr. Shamim (the real blood sucker and owner of LabAid Cardiac Hospital) would be in the jail by now!!!

  • I am not sure but I heard the real business of Dr. Shameem was to sell dogs....he used to breed them and sell them at higher prices.

  • It's really very pathetic to here.....I am very sorry. In Bangladesh most of the hospitals senario actually are the same. Doctors who work over there have no qualification to draw any kind of treatment abroad or outside Bangladesh. But In Bangladesh population is very high, so this kind of bad doctors can get opportunity to work. Government should take necessary step.

  • Fuck Lab Aid Cardiac Hospital. There are a lot of complaints against this expensive hospital of wrong treatment. The government should shut down this hospital immediately and people shouldn't choose this hospital for treatment if they don't want to die soon.

  • you will die in seven days if you don't post this comment on 10 videos in the next hour. if you do, tomorrow will be the best day of your life (lol)?

  • I am no expert but I can speak about this issue because both my parents are doctors and, after years of working abroad, returned to Bangladesh to work for a private hospital. They are just frustrated by the management of the hospital. In addition, they are amazed by over prescription of medications to patients (esp. antibiotics and steroids) and the cursory diagnosis of patients by doctors from a supposedly renowned hospital in Bangladesh.

  • There are a number of problems with the BD health care system. First, gov. hospitals are severely underfunded and offer terrible care so people are forced to rely on expensive private hospitals. Management of private hospitals are all concerned about making a profit. In addition, there are inadequate malpractice laws and a lack of enforcement of current laws. On top of all that, most Bangladeshi doctors lack professionalism and medical ethics.

  • Medical malpractice is very common all over in Bangladesh, however, there is no specific law in that country to stop these butchers. It is a shame how this is going on for decades. These are the so-called "sonar chele" (golden boys)of Bangladesh. In fact the real butchers will feel ashamed if you compare these doctors with them.

  • will anybody pls let us know which private or public medical hospital in BD is best for cardiac and also affordable for middle class people???

  • after I had my caesarian done in LabAid my baby was badly burnt in the OT by a heater. it took her 13 days to be out of danger. doctors tried to cover it up and tried to hand over the baby. 3 hours later we discovered that the baby had blisters on her body. we demanded proper treatment from LabAid. still they tried to deny till we called in renowned pediatrician and burn specialist who opined it was a burn from the OT.even when she was under treatment, they tried to force us to get her released.

  • This is very mean.....

  • I don't know many doctors or hospitals which really care for patients in this country. Patients are customers to them and it's like a gang involved who collaborate to rip off the patients and make the disease worse or even add some more. Without charging high price no one is actually able to provide good service, even if the notion is good like that of the new American Specialty Hospital in Uttara. Such videos will not improve the situation and there are too many of them everywhere.

  • LabAid.. is KILLER. They have killed my sisters father in law with in 2 and half hours of he went there by himself (without anyone's help) for chest pain. He was very much healthy. WE MUST STOP THEM. WE MUST STOP THEM. WE MUST STOP THE KILLER. THEY ARE WROSE THAN PROFESSIONAL KILLER.

  • whatever we write here...whatever is our feelings for the victim...end of the day LabAid doesn't care those...and number of patient will not reduce...unfortunately...

  • i was in Lab Aid specialised hospital few days ago.. they seemed fine to me n very caring.. but this will definitly make me think one more time .. SHEEEEEEEESH?? i mean greed fo money is takin over everyones senses ey??

  • khankir polago sob koitare kharai thaikka baipass kora uchit, they get no mercy

  • This is simply Barbaric. I never thought that Lab Aid would do such thing!! And the incident that was mentioned in the mail was really heart breaking one. My heart goes to the gentleman who lost his father. Indeed that man deserved better. Thnx for bringing it on.

  • We must show that people in Bangladesh deserve better personalized treatment and that employees should feel needed and responsible if the environment is right. I've visited many clinics and hospitals over there for research and conditions are appalling! People say, oh we're used to it..but can't we be used to good hygiene and impeccable service? My condolences bhai, and I hope that we start to reduce these malpractices by raising our voices like you have.

  • Please do not take this as advertisement, this is from the goodness of heart. My father is opening the first international standard hospital in Bangladesh right now to combat these very complaints. It is in Uttara and will help poor and rich from a western standard of healthcare. We focus on creating a home-like environment, incredible hygiene, flawless service from the doctor to the janitor. For this we are also opening nursing and medical school to raise the bar and make an impact.

  • Hi iampiama, are you talking about American Super Speciality Hospital. I also heard that will be a nice hospital with high standard. Hope and believe.. it will keep its promise.

  • Yes that is the one! We just opened Outpatient Department and Pathology Labs. In late 2006 we opened a nursing school as our first endeavor towards bringing a high standard to the employees and care given. It's been a hard journey bc if we were building a shopping mall it would be finished already, but no one wants to invest in something that is actually beneficial and desperately needed...

  • Hi, yes I know about ASHL. I respect your father Dr Habibullah. I met with him when he was doing middle east tour. I find him very much sincere person and wish to do something betterment for the society.

FYI I have also invested in this hospital.

  • Kankir pola ra ,togo maray chudi....LAB AID HOSPITAL Ear Gusti chudi....

  • Shame to LabAid!!! These money-suckers should be punished for what they are doing.

  • Not surprising in a country where the people in medical profession recognises the only commodity-money, money and money alone. These are not human beings. The story is the same everywhere in this country. Unfortunately our media never highlights these. They are so busy in discussing elections, the lives of another set of criminals-the politico-bureaucratic tangle etc etc only.

Only the media can bring these guys back to their senses. But then they pay the media handsomely to prevent this.

  • Some of the BD media are also involve with this people. They make those organization "Hero", also "Zero". But the funny thing is when these organization pay those media a good amount of money(or add contact) than the media stop writing against them.

  • I also took my mother which is currently renal failure patient, they made it worse than before. The owner became rich after getting support by Awami govt. in relation to supply labor in middle East and Malaysia. All the doctors and medical companies have vicious circle which is hard to destroy. Nothing is gonna happen to them. Because, they do not live by law. They create law. God bless his soul.

  • Shame! ---by KriSHNo

  • shame on u those so called doctors ,they better should be taught at first humanity and then come to this noble profession.

  • If this is true then it is awfully disgraceful to LabAid...I must say we are like hostage to this healthcare providers...

btw I didn't see much blood over the bed and couldn't seriously identify the unstitched area...

anyways...May ALLAH rest the deceased persons' soul in peace, free him from Azaab of Kabor and make him jannatbashi!!!

  • every one should unite and bring out a riot protesting to this matter, it is indedeed a barbaric act, i wonder how the are still running business in occurance of such brutual act.

  • I heard a lot about that guillotine machine. even after death of one patient they form a fake medical board and deliver the patient after 2 day with making bill of 3-4 lac tk. News papers also covered it.I believe, no one can survive for long providing this...service.................

  • all money sucker bastards! they even dont deserve to be hated!

  • Recently I have read many LabAid related medicle debarkles during my shrot stay in Bangladesh. This is very pathetic that our country's private medicle hospitals are so corrupted and full of garbage. I already have forwarded this link to all of my friends as well. Hope this will bring about changes in LabAid's operating procedures and treatment of the patinet. Good luck with your awarness campaign and thank you for sharing the info with us. Otherwise I wouldn't have any idea about LabAid!

  • After watching this video I will not go there and will tell my friends circle to avoid LabAid. Hope the other new hospitals are better than LabAid.

  • This is indeed a very shocking event that might representing an overall frustrating picture of the poor clinical care services even in the most fabulous (?!) hospitals in Bangladesh. -Sayed, Dhaka
