After that the RAF wanted payback so they bombed Berlin after that the Luftwaffe began targeting cities rather than military this was actually one of the reasons the RAF was able to win(for every plane the RAF had the Luftwaffe had four). Both the RAF and the Luftwaffe attacked civilians.
I think you'll find, learnanshae, that the noise at Dunkirk in 1940 was a lot worse, and the men there managed to pull through. If they could, you can.
I would really like to finish seeing this very interesting documentary but I don't think I can take ONE MORE SECOND of that mind-numbing THRUM-THRUM-THRUM going on in the soundtrack... it sounds like a small boat engine or something, and it is COMPLETELY DISTRACTING... whoever did the "music" for this should've worked for the Gestapo... 'cause that NOISE is absolute torture!
read 'Sands of Dunkirk' and you'll see both sides had FAILURE at this critical juncture.
