Filming underground in public areas is allowed under SEPTA policy. I also noticed you have a video at Market-East which is underground as well. So it's best to check your sources before making a statement like this. Thank you

At no point does it state that photography is prohibited in any public space. I'm fairly certain that there's no tresspassing contained in this video.
