How do I get the crazy modded shit with like 2.1B HP on the shields and hitting like 99999 with all the weapons?

@TheGaMingPiE hey man, Did you try downloading Concept rehash and reassigning program, Once your done with willow tree open up concept then open up your game save, then just click rehash and reassign, then you should be golden.
