Cause honestly those insane wall stats are useless on a base 20HP pokemon. And even if you use power swap and get insane atack you have pitifull HP and def on a (without trick room support) disgustingly slow pokemon.

To get Sableye to evolve, catch a Sableye from Hoenn and migrate it.(THIS IS MUST!)

Trade it with Reaper's cloth with it.

To get Shuckle to evolve, catch one at (HGSS - Safari zone to lvl 50 D/P/P - Route 224 with emerald in GBA slot , lvl up to 47 FRLG - Go catch one at Altering Cave, lvl up to 36)

To get Mawvice, Get Mawile from White/Black version and trade.
