But you do know you don't really need a drug to do this. They've already made working prototypes and there's a woman with a robotic arm that they connected to her nerves after she lost her real arm in a car accident. It has 12(I think) basic movements and works like a real human arm. But the only drawback is she needs to carry around what is effectively a car battery for it to work.
