For winter board 2 to work, you have to access and change stuff in settings instead of the app itself. That's how I do it.

you get the wifi only which is relitvly cheaper if you want the 3g version you have to pay that little extra and then its best to sign up for an ipad tarrif worth abour 15pound a month for the ultimate in pertable computing :)

@xXJakWilliamsXx should anything happen, your warranty is voided by jailbreaking. if you cannot reformat the entire ipad due to the fact it wont start up or malfunctions and you take it to the Apple store for a return/refund they wont let you because you've "tampered" with the item. btw, im happi enough with my ipad not being jail broken. your better off paying $1 to as much as $20 for games/apps rather than taking risks. feeling legit feels great. trust me.

Cool stuff but you told people how to use categories wrong. I just jailbroke my ipad and got all that stuff but you cant drag stuff into the box you create via categories. Instead you press categories -> manage folders -> whichever folder you want to put things into -> press add -> select the items you want putting in the folder :D PS My iPad came with 3.2.2 so I used limera1n, wouldn't advise updating to 4.2 either cause the jailbreaks don't work good yet.

There are a number of things the jailbreak does that the update does not. Infiniboard for one. Installous for another. If you like being a slave to Apple's update schedule, then don't jailbreak. If you want to have the most recent modifications possible (which Apple probably takes its cues from) then jailbreak away.
