There are dozens that are all memorized. Also for athleticism, football players aren't preparing for a long run. NFL players are tested constantly for steroids. Not many people realize how many hours of dedication American football players put in to getting stronger, and faster. American football players train all year round to be better for next season. We leave nothing while we're on the field. We go hard on every play. It's just something you have to be made for, and I think Americans are the only ones who are ready to risk many injuries for this kind of commitment.
