Most dogs dislike baths.. But baths make their coats shiny and clean and I can tell you this coming from someone that's been the selected bather for my dog, they absolutely love being nice and clean afterwards, also, if they get cuts a somewhat better way for them to get them clean than to lick at them is for a bath. Its just a baby pug having its first bath, most puppies are scared of anything their first time >.>

Hot water and two towels. Dog shampoo and then rub them to create friction to keep them warm while drying. It is quite smart and sanitary to give your pug a bath this way.
