    point a camera DIRECTLY at a flashlight, youll see the same thing.

    hell, squint at a streetlight, bam. you got it. or even look at one when its just misty out.

  • The ring around the sun is called a solar halo. Sundogs are to the right and left of the sun. I didn't see any sundogs; just the halo.
