I think they made a pretty good pick now that i look back cause i was mad as HELL when they first drafted him...But now im like he looks like he'll b cool...now they need another perimeter threat that could create shots for not only himself when lebrons off of the court OR on the court but that player need to be able to create shots for his teammates, n a couple more perimeter shooters

Hickson may very well be that post player the Cavaliers need. And if so, that eliminates one of 3 flaws the Cavaliers have. (Not taking a shot at Z, but he isn't getting any younger or faster) Now they need to find a perimeter defender and a 3 point shooter. Hopefully, Mike Brown will actually play Hickson.

this guy is a talented scorer who finds his own points and is exactly the type of guy LeBron can pass to in the lane for a monster dunk. Hickson is a good player by himself, but he will likely play very well with LeBron.

Hickson ... He has moves, Defense, and can block. LeBron can use this kid, Along with Sasha Kaun and Darnell Jackson, that looks like a Championship supporting cast. West is strong in as a PG in driving so I cant wait to see The Cavs!

Can Kosta Score in the post???? He is smooth but can he muscle??? I think the cavs got a good guy down low in the post and this guy can move his body well. Darnell Jackson is Strong. THat is what he Cavs needed.. A POST PLAYER!

Eww this guy isnt impressing me, they needed a scorer like CDR but man i think Ferry messed up...But i have a feeling Cleveland is goin for a trade to get a second man to LeBron because if you been payin attention they picked up 3 forwards (Kaun, Jackson, Hickson) in addition to already having Varejao, Z, Wallace n' Joe Smith. For example Redd or even going after Davis.

You are not going to get a scorer at 19. Also Yes we have 3 forwards why? Z 33, Ben 34, Joe Smith 33, Side Show 26 and gone.

Sorry but CDR fell to the second round for a reason. Also no one pick at 19 is really a star just a good starter/role player. There are exceptions but not many. Also Hickson compares to a young Carlos Boozer (as a freshman)

i wasnt expectin CDR to be a 19+ scorer but he would take a little heat of Bron.

n plus no one on the Cavs are capable of creating shots for themselves all the time n CDR to me is a more capable scorer than all the perimeter guys on the Cavs.

n evenif Hickson is compared to Boozer, i dont feel they needed another post player i feel they have a 12-16ppg,8-10rpg guy in Z n a whole heap of good roleplaying post guys.

The problem is, Z and Ben are old. and slow. JJ is much more athletic than both of them, and has a shitload of potential. CDR is VERY skinny...some guys wear a t-shirt for a reason. Hickson was a good choice, because by the time Z and Wallace are retired, Hickson will be a very good player.
