My father, Jonas Pleckaitis , grew up about 100 meters from the sugar factory in Kumelionys.Just outside Marijampole.
He has lived in Alberta Canada since 1949 and has been back to visit once.
He turned 90 last week and has just been diagnosed with liver cancer so will not be able to visit again. It was wonderful today to be online with him and hearing stories about your pictures.
