There have been lots of Kurdish states through out history. Baban, Soran, Badinan, Ardalan etc. Not to mention powerful Kurdish empires such as Ayyubid Empire, Zand Empire, Hazaraspid, Shaddadid. The reason why Ottoman Empire lasted so long was because they had our support.
