yeah, this is one of my favorite ways to get centered/meditate/zone out/in/relax/breath/concentrate/etc.
it is really great for us analytical types because the more we focus the less we get distracted and the less we are distracted the more we focus, so one builds on the other!
That grass your are on looks worse than your feet!
