Hmmm....Washington DC is infested with homicidal negroes. And yet the movie portrays all criminals as white. excellent example of technology my company delivers. what is missing in the movie is that we can also make sound emit out of the actual glass screen now... very cool. air pumping speakers are a thing of the pass., or just as unique, audio torch light panels that sends audio only to the person in front of the screen. sending a whisper 20m and the person hears it as if you whispered in their ear ... Tom Cruise and Collin Farrell are really bad actors, but the genius direction of Spielberg is so good, is so well done sci-fi, that they can't ruin it. Spielberg knows how to use CGI, something that most directors, like his friend Lucas, fail to do. Also there is Max Von Sydow and Samantha Morton, excellent actors in supporting roles that makes us forget completely of how bad Cruise and Farrell are.

Pretty much the most influencial sci-fi of the new century (bar the matrix).
Just watch I.Robot, Iron Man and the new Star Trek to see what I'm talking about.

it was pretty high quality stuff yeah.coz usually sci fi means more action than the sci part. But 4 me when I compare good films, "AI" and "Bicentennial Man" comes up top in the list. they had a much deeper impact on me.
