That was really good, only i think you should have used the scene where ulquiorra is talking to loly and menoly, or perhaps one where he's talking to inoue, just to show how much of a lady's man he is. ^_^ Grimmjow lipsynching luigi though was perfect.
Luppi would probably make the most sense as Pavi giving his personality and Grimmjow issues, though... Or maybe Aaroniero, thanks to his whole face-shifting thing. ;P
