mmaaaannn this brings back some memories back in the early 70's when i was a little dude WHUR had just started the QUIET STORM thats right DC was the first and the DJ's played what the people wanted to hear (before the big corporations told the DJ's what they had to play ) this was a QUIET STORM staple.my parents would take me to shrimpboat on east capitol and we would stop at the light and everybody was listening to the same thing(WHUR) and on Sundays they would play EW&F open our eyes
