 the code is wrong. Only one line in the tm 17 mod. I checked other videos for the code, and then i tried this and it finally worked! i think at the end (before the last line [right side]) 002100EC not "021000EC"

for anybody who's wondering: You can also just replace the "1D3" in the code with the number of the move you want. You first have to convert the move's number into hex format. I find this method easier.

For example, Aeroblast is move 177, so in hex that's B1. you must keep the number of digits even, so replace the "1D3" with the "0B1" and when you press L+R, TM17 should become aeroblast.

The easiest way of converting "normal" to hex is typing "177 in hex" into google.
