I'm not from venezuela but I've seen the news footage shown around the world of chavez supporters firing on civilians, and I've also seen the video of what actually happened from a different angle showing that the chavez supporters were actually firing into an empty street in the direction of the anti chavez snipers who were killing seemingly at random to create the chaos needed for a coup. I can't speak for how well chavez is doing but I can say for sure that you've been lied to

Clarifying that I am not admiring of the clown of Chavez: the great "SIN" of Chavez it is not to have been a dictator sponsored by Washington, that is the true, and that is what mortifies Washington; Chavez was not a graduate student of the School of Assassins from Panama; But, not problem, "the masters of the democracy and the freedom" placed the things in their place, and Venezuela will continue being a colony of the U.S.A... that calls you "DEMOCRACY", according to Washington.

I hate Chavez. Do you even know the policy decisions he's made? The poor love him because he speaks about how the rich put them down. He addresses the problem, but doesn't solve it.
He has destroyed the Venezuelen Constitution and filled the National Assembly with his supporters.

Yes im from Venezuela. Past presidents have not alienated Venezuela from the rest of the world, established a dictatorship, destroyed the constitution, and made the country the laughing stock of the world.
Not to mention Chavez has done nothing to fix the problems either by the way. None of his programs offer any real long term solutions, they are bandages to big problem and everyone knows it. He just uses them to say that he has actually done something in order to get reelected.

How are the soccer stadiums helping the country? That is literaly Chavez trying to "buy" the poor by doing things like that instead of putting money in the deteriorating education system....not to mention the AWFUL CRUMBLING roads and bridges.

Oh and by the way.... the metro system has detirorated beyong belief. The funding has been cut drastically and crime at the stations (in fact on a national level) has skyrocketed.
