where can I buy such sound stuff which and how do I connect it. I can imagine to put a pick up sensor on the drive shaft so you there will be a difference in RPM and a difference in sound.

You can also put a pickup sensor on one of the wheels. like a magnetic thing so you will get a higher pitch sound or a lower pitch sound. So the speed of the music file you are playing and looping must be set to a maximum pitch at max rpm and minimum pitch at minimal rpm.

That is possible.
