  • @WeirdoMikey You do that if it works for you....

  • @Brian86992DH He's right, if you pre spread it, it creates air bubbles.

  • ive never installed a fan and do you have to take out the mobo to install it or is it just alot easier to do it that way?

  • You could do it either way, but its probably easier to take out the motherboard.

  • You're not gonna get good results the way you applyed the Thermal Compound, check videos on how to apply it correctly on the CPU, it only needs a thin coat on the CPU surface, you covered the CPU all around with it an that just makes it run hotter.

  • what is that thing with 3 speakers in the case?

  • I think you're talking about the Corsair Dominator Fan. It cools my memory

  • ram-cooler...

  • lol they are not speakers. they are fans. it is a ram cooler which comes with the corsair dominator ram.

  • im thinking about getting that same zerotherm cpu cooler and i just wanted to know what your specs are (because i'm getting the AMD 940 Black Edition and i wanna get it up to around 3.4 / 3.5), how much you oc'd your cpu, stuff like that, anything that might help cause i got just a couple mixed reviews about this hs/f but for the most part, everything mentioned was really good. forget that shit about the thermal grease and how much you applied, if it works, it works, 'nuff said! good video...

  • I OC'ed my 2.4 Q6600 to 3.4 with the temps the same as a non OC, stock heatsink

  • cooper heatsinks are better, right?

  • Not necessarily, This Nickel plated heatsink out performs most air coolers

  • too much paste, and spread method is one of the worst way to apply thermal paste.

  • Comment removed

  • u overapplied the paste ,jesus, u no that heat spreads in the centre of the CPU,

  • well, it might look like too much here, but my temperatures are great

  • Is this music from TF2?

  • Sure is!

  • nice mobo, I'm getting the same, and a Q6600 with an NV120 :D!

  • so the sound of a jet we hear is not the CPU cooler?

  • No, that's a Vantec Tornado 92mm that I strapped onto my 9800GX2.

  • okay just wondering. i was considering purchasing this cooler. but i went with the Sunbeamtech Core Contact Freezer

  • Also, you overapplied the paste D:!

  • ey man. yo abt that fan speed controller. where'd ya put it?

  • i didn't install it. i just run it at 100% all the time, its not that loud

  • Sorry, I'm overcommenting, but your case is glowing :D!

  • its about to take off o.0

  • Its a JET! Anyways nice vid.

  • nice man, but my next cooling purchase is only going to be liquid or peltier from now on.

  • Someone got only a 3-4 Celcious difference with the NV120 and water cooling.

  • someONE but not EVERYone does. they probably didn't bleed the air from the tubes, or had a crappy radiator. Besides, watercooling is still much quieter anyway.

  • Awesome Video man and the Zerotherm Nirvana NV-120 is an awesome heatsink
