I love this song! It's funny as some call it sexist yet if it were a guy singing it...I bet they'd be singing a different tune. I love this song! It's funny as some call it sexist yet if it were a guy singing it...I bet they'd be singing a different tune. There are certain mannerisms that guys do all the time, and there are certain ones that girls indulge all the time. However, in the song the roles were reversed, and in my opinion, there's nothing sexist about it and was meant to prove a point. So guys, the next time you're out late and you don't call home, you shouldn't even say a word when you're called out on it.

This is truly a sexist song, and it's ironic how all the staunch "supporters" of this song are the ones who are yelping "sexist" at everyone else. While the song has a good beat and is well sung, it is nothing but the typical egocentric girl-power tripe intended to inflame and incite. To summarize the song: She stays out late partying and when she comes home, instead of giving a reason where she was, she tells him off and justifies it by generalizing a gender, followed by more generalizations

It is pointing out generalizations, sure, but the whole point of the song is that it's pointing out what men do to women - generally speaking - and expect us to deal with it. Sounds like a man put this reply up (sorry if you're not. I'm just saying. I don't know very many women who'd call this song "sexist".) because he can't handle looking in the mirror. It's a "Pot calling the Kettle black" sort of song.

@pinkluchiakaito That does not make it all right. My sister and I both have IBS, hers was mild mine was quite a bit stronger. She said herself that the stomach cramps she got from that was worse than her period pain, and she is highly stressed so often has heavier periods at odd intervals. So if I had it worse, I was suffering much more than period pain. And I never took it out on anyone. So I'm afraid your argument is invalid.
Now start taking responsibility for your own actions!

@moshpotpaul I don't take it out on anyone, it just frustrates me, because almost everyone is a hypocrite, and I think that to say women are more hypocritical is a little hypocritical. Also, I have migranes and awful cramps where I can't move, and I bleed really heavily, and I have never taken it out on anyone.

Also, I feel like when women are having their periods, or when pregnant, their hormones are going crazy, which in turn makes them more emotional, and apt to be angry or frustrated, like today I started crying for no reason. Sometimes it is inexcusable, but others... Well, it may actually have to do with their periods.
