Stop comparing Cena to The Rock, Austin, HBK, or Taker. Cena has said himself that he could never dream of being gods like them. Still it stands, hes the top of the industry today. This PG thing isnt his fault either, he has broke more barriers of PG in the last few months than any other superstar.

The reason why I'm a Cena fan, is due to his incredible work ethic, and his PROVEN ability to deliver in main-events. Cena knows how to tell a story and make the most of what he has to get an angle, feud and match over with the crowd. The feuds with JBL, Edge, Batista, RVD/ECW, Orton and Shawn...things of greatness, because Cena could handle the load.

He's similar to Stone Cold. Altho steve austin was a better worker in my opinion, he was definitely no jericho, steamboat, or flair. He had what cena has, tremendous work ethic, he knew about psychology, could sell, could fire, could talk his ass off and sell plenty of tickets.
Austin is my favourite wrestler of all time, so naturally I agree entirely about him knowing about ring psychology and tearing the house down, be it in a match or in a promo. When Austin bled and passed out in the Sharpshooter at WrestleMania 13, the selling couldn't have been anymore perfect. Obviously Austin was awesome thoughout his career but that moment may have been Stone Cold's finest.

@MrFnPink I got to meet John Cena once. He made an appearance at Coors brewery. Hell of a nice man. I asked him for a quick match (I'm 5'2" and 150 lbs). He said "C'mon man, don't hurt me on my day off." and then laughed and threw his hand out so I could shake it. I'm not a fan of pro wrestling (I took my daughter to meet him) but I'll never forget that experience. He was genuinely nice and happy to be there.

Oh shut the f*ck up about his wrestling ability, Stone Cold had 5 moves-everybody loves him, Mick Foley technically has only a few wrestling moves and he's the hardcore legend and for lords sake don't get me started on Hulk Hogan who only had 3 legit moves but could sell out arenas, bottom line Cena's awesome period.

The reason why I'm a Cena fan, is due to his incredible work ethic, and his PROVEN ability to deliver in main-events. Cena knows how to tell a story and make the most of what he has to get an angle, feud and match over with the crowd. The feuds with JBL, Edge, Batista, RVD/ECW, Orton and Shawn...things of greatness, because Cena could handle the load.

@MrDCWood i agree. Altho he did bitch about gettin a black eye in a match with RVD which is lame. But he's a solid worker. I thought his matches with Jericho were pretty good too. He's similar to Stone Cold. Altho steve austin was a better worker in my opinion, he was definitely no jericho, steamboat, or flair. He had what cena has, tremendous work ethic, he knew about psychology, could sell, could fire, could talk his ass off and sell plenty of tickets.

Austin is my favourite wrestler of all time, so naturally I agree entirely about him knowing about ring psychology and tearing the house down, be it in a match or in a promo. When Austin bled and passed out in the Sharpshooter at WrestleMania 13, the selling couldn't have been anymore perfect. Obviously Austin was awesome thoughout his career but that moment may have been Stone Cold's finest.
Better than Cena? Yes. No jericho, steamboat or flair? Interesting debate.

@MrFnPink I got to meet John Cena once. He made an appearance at Coors brewery. Hell of a nice man. I asked him for a quick match (I'm 5'2" and 150 lbs). He said "C'mon man, don't hurt me on my day off." and then laughed and threw his hand out so I could shake it. I'm not a fan of pro wrestling (I took my daughter to meet him) but I'll never forget that experience. He was genuinely nice and happy to be there.
