I enjoyed whatching your morie showcase . I have been working on something that you might like, maybe? I wanted to have a fully working STC cell phone . So i got hold of one of the smallest/thinnest up to date mobile phones available and put in inside a DST Communicator. I added sounds and visuals just like this one to the phone inside to substatute the DST feachures. ie spinnig moria and chirpping, pluss other ST effects. Please take a look . I would be glad of your feed back.
the original was made from a century products lens resolution test chart. two screened lithographs at 125 dpi were made. one of the lithos remained stationary in the console, while the other was superimposed behind it. it had difused backlight and one of the lithos was rotated by a stage hand. giving the morei effect. thats the way you do things down town before photoshop. computers put ppl out of work. minitures alway look beter and always will.

I guess the black dot is the ship and all around it is what's around(e.g another ship would be a distortion) altough this is annoying to look at
