Nice rendition. Your C#7 came a little too early on the "Who can fathom..." You should play E first before the C#7. On the 2nd I stand of Chorus, the C#m7 is a weak chord. Try E instead. Also, it's nice to hear Ebdim and Fdim chords instead of the regular Bsus7 chords. Great job. Praise the Lord!
