People say "thats so gay" a lot its really annoying. my friends and i always ask "really thats so gay? we arent five year olds and thats rude" sometimes the kids look at me like i am a freak when i say that but i guess i stoped caring. SOme of my frineds are bisexual and i know it bugs them a little so I guess this year i really tried harded to make a change and it may sound stupid but its worked. the teachers dont care but i always will.

I either glare at people when they do that, cough Very loudly or get really upset (exaggeratively). It really hits home for me, because my dad is gay, I am gay, and I know tons of gay people who are very dear to my homo heart. Because of my dad's homosexuality, I've never actually said "gay" in that way, and it really puzzles me when people say it, because its just so immature and obnoxious.

aww i used to say that when i was in primary school (elementary or something). then i actually thought about how gay was the same as homosexual. when i was a kid (5 ish) i thought fishes were different to the fish you eat, and the same sorta thing about gay. and then when i thought about it i realised it wasnt. now when anyone says thats gay. i ask them whats wrong with being homosexual their faces are usually quite funny cause they dont know what theyve said thats wrong :\ ignorant people!

It's so crazy how certain sayings spread so fast.. I thought the kids & I at my school were the only one's who used that term "That's Gay" I never thought anything of it. I dont really think sayin "That's Straight" would bother people..we actaully already say "you straight" as way of telling someone they're alright or they're okay. like if I accidently kicked someone's foot & apologized. That's still happen all the way up through college. Drunk college guys say it thinking you sound cool or something. I haven't figured it out. One of close friends say it every once in a while and she apologizes for saying when I'm around. But it's become a habit for her and it's like she can't stop it. It's aggravating even when you know someone isn't meaning it to hurt you.
