Although despite what all the idiots say, this is only a tiny bit more vulgar than the nick show. The adult more crass, but far less violent and creepy. You want disturbing? Watch "Sven Hoek" or "Stimpy's Invention" from the so-called kids series.

@Christianpreaching Personally, I know Ren and Stimpy is supposed to be a comedy, but since it shows the two main characters portrayed as real lovers, I am thinking that the creator also made this to show a more serious side to their relationships, because you know, everyone has problems, and Ren just has emotional issues and is stressed out. I wouldn't be surprised if he was based on a real person, but I see what you mean. This is all my honest opinion on how I see it, lol.

It consisted of the highest-rated episodes of IZ on NickToons, and it was the result of the facebook group, Operation Head Pigeons, phoning Nick so much to bring IZ back. Nick said that if Operation Doom sold well, they would release a 3rd season of the show. And, wouldn't you know it, the DVD hardly sold, and for the same reason as the lost episodes of Red and Stimpy... for shame, fanbase. For shame.

@BunnaySango It's not a re-done version of the show, it was an adult spin-off of the show! Billy West refused to be in any part of the adult version due to conflicts with John K. in the past(well, he thought John K was overly-strict and an "asshole"!), thus Eric Bauza who worked on the Ripping Friends took over the role of Stimpy due to the fact that his impression was spot on!

Ren's voice has gone a bit deeper, not too much! Then again, it had been a decade since John actually worked on the

For those who aren't aware... This is the ADULT Ren & Stimpy television series, that first aired on Spike in the early 2000's. That's why some content is a little more extreme. The creator was asked to make it that way for ratings. It was put on a man's TV channel, so he did things that men would find funny.
