Doing 720 Martial Arts Kicks : How to Spin a 720 Kick Mid Air

I tend to feel dizzy after a few attempts, is this usual? When I'm dizzy, should I still continue or stop for a while and go on?

wot i meant is that this vid is for the STEPS to learning a 720 kick, so this is one step to learn how to do it, this one teaches you the SPIN not the kick yet, the kick will be taught later. once you know the spin, jus add an inner cresent kick to it and you have a 720 kick, the spin is important because without a good spin technique, you will not be able to spin 720 degrees in the air. try doing a 720 kick without your arms and see
