i know what´s the right way...but it´s not easy because something it´s wrong in my head, it´s not only the desire of losing weight i think...A year ago i eated only vegetables and fruits, i was really obssesed, then i started binging,laxatives,etc....and now i eat quite normal some days, really much others and very healthy others...now my nutrition is a mess!!!i can´t control anything :-(
