Having worked around a lot of urban youth I know some of these kids are little badasses and are not like dealing with the average 14 yearold. They've had no parenting at all at home and are out of control. Its sad but most end up being dealt with through the criminal system because the parents will not parent. Is it an unreasonable, immoral, or unlawful request to use the sidewalk? Could have been avoided had she just followed the request.

@Mranere26 The cop, according to her complaint, pinned her to the car face first without identifying himself, so she fought back. I would too. She manages to turn herself around, and while he can see both of her hands, gets fed up and pulls a dangerous weapon on a visibly unarmed 14 year old girl.
From what we see in the video, the cop didn't exhaust his nonviolent option and jumped straight into getting physical. Otherwise he would have had that taser pointed at her the whole time.

Well first of all that 14 year old girl is bigger than the cop, second she was resisting, third i think that a taser is much less harmful then physically throwing her to the ground. If you wanted the cop to punch her or throw her on to the concrete with force then shove her face into the ground, while she is still struggling, as he tries to put handcuffs on her then so be it. Next time he will just beat a young, female, so she will be compliant. Blood is always better than a taser right?

And it's all cut up because the camera, which I assume is an automatic security camera, keeps moving back and forth -- so half the time it's pointed down the street where nothing's going on, and those bits are cut out.
