  • slow moving river OF LOve. LOL. haha XD .

  • man i think pinoy way is not suitable there in america you only look stupid in their eyes... but dont forget to do it when you are here in pinas ^_^

  • hahahahahahahaha you are so funny. Loved when you started to sing "Kiss the girl" - Little Mermaid song. Sebastian (my favorite character).

  • According to Rizal, "Filipino Time" did not originate from Filipinos, but from the Spaniards who were in the Philippines during the Spanish colonial period. It's indirectly stated in El Filibusterismo. :)

  • AASSSSSHOLE!!!

  • lol

  • luv it... lol

  • whoooohh----everything was quite nice..except from being late..lol--you might thinking of that especially when the place you were going to is just a drop of saliva away..lol

  • I'd rather listen to my filipino conscience than trying to be someone else...heheh

  • All was right. but there is something wrong. i havent been there in Canada. so i dont know the feeling of a northen american, wahaahah. i wish i could. :|

  • So proud to be pinoy xDD looooooooooooool

  • Filipino Mikey <3

  • tama :) another amazing video :)

  • Damn dude. This is like... I don't have words for this. You're like, preaching xD

  • lol! go filipino culture!! ^_^

  • "So rough around the edges" slick!

  • shalalalala dont be scared you have to kiss woow woow..

    thats not jesus would do

    hahahahah

  • Don't move so fast, let go of the gas? Hahahaha!

  • I LOVE IT !!

    Super true...

  • cool xD always sucks to be in the middle. im from same asia but the culture that i grew up in was still a world away from philippines.. sometimes i really hated where my mom came from XP

  • but what would the NA girls prefer? courting or just go onto it?

  • always side with your filipino conscience. it attracts more girls :D

  • you got it right!!! thats the fil. culture...

  • this video is so funny!! but your filipino conscience is so strict =)

  • Kuya Mikey, you have to listen to the filipino voice.!

  • @cyrusrom except for the PINOY TIME

  • @taejamhaha what do you mean

  • Like this alot! Filipinos will always be filipinos wherever they are in the globe.

  • Listen to the Pinoy conscience!

  • wow.............tama

  • LOL! Your vids are hilarious! I love them! As a Filipina, I believe in the POV of:

    filipino - kiss a girl

    american - time

    fil - clothes

    am - shoes

    fil - greet parents

Love yo0ur Filipino alterego, soo funny!

  • Natatawa ko whenever he say: "halaa!"

  • Mikey, I really want to kow the song that you played in the last part of your tutorial in this one. Can you tell me what it is?

  • Sarap around the edges.

  • LOOOOOLOLOLOLOL i feel the same way. not sure if im canadian or filipino anymore haha. or let's just say we're canadian-filipino :P

  • This is the same with me. I was brought up here in England, but then by my VERY Filipino mum.

  • This also happens to me and my Pinoy friends. When together, we very filipino. When the others come in, we act more North American.

  • so rap arawnd da ejes!XD lol :]

  • I guess what I can say is that just act the way everyone acts. You know, if you're in North America, act the North American way. If you're in the Philippines, act the Filipino way. You know, it's a matter of mixing in with the crowd. Well, I guess unless if you're really good at standing out that is.

  • @dhathor I disagree with that notion, bec it assumes that you should lose your identity, upbringing in values in face of peer pressure. Sometimes, you need to balance things out. Honor the country your in without dishonoring or abandoning your own culture & traditions. Too many Filipinos abandon or discard their own culture which in turn is giving us a bad reputation already as a people who are weak with no self-pride unlike our neighboring countries.

  • i know what you feel/mean cause i have difficulties too for having japanese culture and filipino culture..

  • hi kuya what's the song you play at the end of your videos?

  • lol this is true... im half pinay. lived in the phillipines for half of my life. Though I must admit, I am more american now than filipino...

  • Hmm... video speaks truth

  • EYEBAGS. OMG. You should sleep my dear kuya mikey :)

  • So which conscience usually win Mikey? the North American or the Filipino one? :)

  • "So rap arawnd da edges." =))))))

  • This reminds me of my boyfriend so bad! hahahahahahaha!! he's a pure filipino that grew up in canada. #LOL! :))

  • Im filipino and im so glad, people dont understand how fun it is. I am late for everything. I get to school late everyday to the point where people know that ima be late lol. I love our culture so much.. PInOy PrIdE!!

  • Filipino ka nga Mikey! :)

  • Gosh, this described my adolescent years exactly. Also, when I was fifteen my mom made me feed my first boyfriend every time he came over.

Mom: "Anak, you always offer food to your oyab when he comes to visit you!"

Me: "But he just ate lunch."

Mom: "It doesn't matter! Let him eat some more!"

  • LOL!

    Filipino:

    1) Courting

    2) Late

    3) Bring food

    4) Be "Social" ;)

    5) Take off your shoes

    6) Introduce yourself :D

    7) Wash dishes :P

  • kailangan may i love you talaga? :))

  • kailangan may i love you talaga? :))

  • Both sides have the good and the bad..hahaha..

Being late or being on time, it's still better not to follow the Filipino way! It's like a disease, once you do it the others will start to follow you... :D

But when it comes to being courteous Pinoys are the best (not always though)!!!

  • lol that be on time thing is a black people thing....look at an invitation

    7:00 sharp....

my mentality: ehh, black people never start on time, we run of bpt...

and I'm half filipino so I never come to places on time.....

  • Filipino Culture is really different, it has more on respect.

  • LOL! :D Mikey really cracks me up!

  • the epicness of mikey... hahhahaa

  • LOL!! I hate that Filipino time. Turo ni Inay, mas mabuti na ang maagap

  • I'm a Filipino living in Canada and totally agree with the being on time and late part. I actually have to say, "I'm on my way" when I haven't even left the house yet just so I don't get yelled at for being late.

  • :) hahaha....i love how the "Filipino Conscience" tries to convice you...!

  • i'm half pinay too but i live in the Philippines. here it's the other way around, where you need to be Filipino. :)) i'm curious which voice you end up listening to? :)

  • LOL filipino time xD but thanks to Canada Im always on time :D

  • The North American conscience sounded just like a bad influence haha. GO Filipino !!

  • @meierboystan *cough*maliban yata sa filipno time*cough*

  • "dont moob so past, let go ob d gas" you have some of thee best pinoy quotes ever (:

  • thumbs up if you notice that the red shirt he wore on the first skit was the one he's wearing on the LOA: Positive affirmation the subconscious Mind and Mirror Work.,

  • i can sooooo relate to this!

  • hahaha this is so on point! im surprised you didnt include the battle between being doctor and being something non-health related.

  • Just bought the song on iTunes! Can't stop listening to it lol Makes me dance everytime haha Love ittt!! -3

  • @Gemmaaa01 I really love Damn! These Powers and love every song on my last album. If you listen to all the songs collectively, you might notice the entire actually has a bigger symbolic meaning - The Law of Attraction. I figured I would teach people LOA subconsciously through music and lyrics. I wonder if anyone caught it. lol

  • I still take off my shoes whether I'm at a Filipino or American house. I'm germ-phobic, so thinking about dragging my dirty shoes in a house. o.O Nah. As for time, I got used to not using my watch in Europe...so late it is~ But always fashionably. :P

  • I've always had these inner cultural battles this past year. I've been here for the last year and a few months and I'm still not used to it.

  • thumbs up if you're the 301st viewer!

  • Haha! This is cool!

  • It just goes to show what are the pros and cons of different cultures..we just have to make a balance out of it.. :)

  • here in the philippines, we automatically take off our shoes when entering others people's house. unless otherwise stated. and i personally look for my friend's parents and other family members (if there's any) and introduce myself immediately after going inside the house.

i don't really think much about it though. i think i assumed it was the same everywhere else.

  • @MsDadvocate I'm a Filipino and it's not that way here in America :) If I'm going to another Filipino's house, I take off my shoes. But with American friends, no. And no, we don't really look for parents. We say "Hi" and that's it. Sometimes, there are no parents at all :)

  • @MsDadvocate im fil but i wan't born in PI but thats how it is for me too but thats because there are many filipinos where i live

  • the Closing song makes me wanna Dance... :))

  • YAY!...so life is always full of choices...hahhaha...;p
