The UN requested one of its comissions to investigate the situation in Darfur early this year, and those conclusions where to be discolusured to the prosecutor. This report, reports from Human Rights watch, and many other organizations agree that sudanese government's responsible in the crimes.

The curt has jurisdiction because the security council requested its intervention in March 2005.

if you pay atention to the words used in those articles they are very speculative and use abstract sentences, and they dont make any direct affirmation (they don t say "moreno ocampo IS guilty of ..."), they just describe the supposed accusations of "sexual misconduct" (and i quote -"there is no proof that any such misconduct ever took place."- taken from sudanes newspaper.

-there is only one meaning and only one posible interpretation for the word "proof". (that is : any materialy recognosible mean, that can show undeniably that an action or event of the past took place.).

charges don t mean he is guilty, is just an acusation that has to be prooved.

if he is declared guilty then he will be removed from his position according to the Rome Statute.

To be charged does NOT instantly means you are guilty. (he is presumed inocent until sentenced otherwhise).

As i said before the ICC needs to have jurisdiction over a country to press charges against any of their citizens. USA is not part of the Rome Statute so the ICC does not have any jurisdiction over Americans.

The ICC does NOT have "worldwide" hability to accuse any person in the world.

i do think BUSH is an international criminal for what he did, but the ICC cant do nothing.

and i do think the ICC is fair because it prosecutes individuals for crimes against humanity genocide and war crimes

Sudan is part of the UN since Nov1956. One of the main organs of the UN is the Security Council, that has the power to order investigations to the ICC.

The Security Council gave in 2005 the green light to the ICC to proceed over sudan after the Request of the "Palestinian National Authority" to investigate over the conflict.

Because of the Civil War, Sudan has no power over his own territory, wich lead the rise of many sub-States, that are considered members of the International Comunity.
